The type 1200-4 coiling machine assembles hexagonal wire mesh with
a heavy series twister. It is equipped with four wire-coiling bars
that are synchronized to rotate together and from side to side to
create layers of spiral wire coils.

This process increases the length of the wire spiral and reduces the
length of time taken to change each spiral during the twisting process
and increases the efficiency of the entire process.

This machine can achieve different diameters of wire by simply changing
the preset exchange gears.
